Our BMS employs automotive-grade core chips and features a dual hardware-software architecture to provide multi-layer safety protection (over-charge/discharge, over-current, short circuit, and temperature anomalies). With high-precision cell balancing and support for CAN/RS485 communication protocols, it enables real-time monitoring of voltage, temperature, SOC, and other critical data, delivering full lifecycle intelligent management for the battery pack.

Laser welding further strenathens the connection and completely eliminates the risk of screws falling out. The contact surface between the screw and the busbar is reduced, which improves the current capability and also reduces internal resistance and power consumption.
